Pregnancy relaxation classes

My classes are a great opportunity for you to indulge in some much needed self care, with all the benefits listed above, the perfect undisturbed time just for you and your growing baby.

Each course runs for 4 weeks with each session lasting 1.5 hours.

Each week you will be with the same group of women in a safe and relaxed space whereby you can release any fears, support each other and form friendships that will be invaluable to you during pregnancy and in the postnatal period.

Week 1  Emotions and apprehensions (fear, changing our mindset and self belief)

  • discussion point with tea and cake

Week 2  Choices and rights (place of birth, birth preferences, birth partners, your rights)

  • How are you?

  • discussion of weeks topic with tea and cake

Week 3  Is this it? (latent phase, comfort measures, trusting yourself)

  • How are you?

Week 4  Happy birthday! (dilation, pain or power, responding to the sensation,)

All this plus fluffy blankets, more tea choices than you can imagine and cake will greet you every week…so make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, relax your whole body and bond with your baby.
